There are some fruits and vegetables that should be purchased organic because they contain the toxins they were grown with when you eat them. Peaches and apples, for example, should be organic.
What can you save money on by not buying organic? Onions, avocados and broccoli can be purchased “conventional” (grown with toxins) because, in the end, not all of those toxins make it to your fork.
But, your own personal health is not the only reason to purchase organic food. There is the farmer, the farm worker, and the environment to protect by saying NO to TOXINS.
